Rocca dei Sanniti Greco di Tufo 2011
"The vintage 2011 shines an intense straw-hay color and is a fair compromise between fresh fruit (banana, apple, pineapple) and more mature fruit (apricot, honey, acacia, toasted almonds). The balance has a great taste and the wine ends with a very long aromatic minerality which recalls the flint."
"Aromas of citrus, lemon lime, flowers and wet stone. The palate is fresh and crisp with apple, white peach, green melon, banana and minerals. Finishes with beautiful acidity, dried apricot and minerals. The Rocca dei Sanniti wines are an opportunity to taste wine at its purest form, without any manipulation, which makes these wines easy to drink and leaves you wanting more."
