"A vivid yellow‐green colored wine that is vibrant, complex and elegant while exhibiting notes of lime, passion fruit, and a very fine minerality at the bottom that is reflected in the mouth. The wine is fresh, intense, and luscious and shows a persistent finish at the end. It is delicious when served at 10‐12°C (50°‐ 54°F) with ceviche, oysters and salads."
