To help navigate through our "License Search" please follow the guidelines below.
You can refine your search to a specific area, type, status etc., or leave your search very broad. The information displayed will
include the name, trade name, address, phone number, License Identification Number (LID), License number, county, municipality, status of the license, issue dates,
officer information and whether these officers are approved or pending, safe keeping information, (if the license has been closed
for 15 or more days and is being retained by the PLCB) and also the closed citation information, (if any), for each establishment
displayed.

Click on a county and the system will provide you with all licenses in that county. |
|
| Section #1 |
|
|
You MUST either enter LID #, License # or License status to complete any of the searches. |
|
|
LID # - License Identification Number this number is assigned to each owner. |
|
License # - this number starts with a license type, preceded by a number. |
|
License status - (One of the following) |
|
- Active A license that is open and in operation. |
|
- Inactive A license that was not renewed or validated. Not in operation or can be operating
on temporary authority.
|
|
- Pending New/Transfer Transfer or new application that has not been approved by the PLCB.
Could have the authority to operate. |
|
- Safekeeping A license that is current but not in operation. Could have the authority to
operate. |
|
|
To narrow your search from this point you can choose one or more of the following options after selecting a "License Status" from Section #1.

"Select a County" - Will list licenses in a specific county for the
License status you chose.
|
|
Or "Select a Municipality within County" - This is an alphabetized list of municipalities
preceded by the county.

If name type is chosen you MUST then select either Name beginning with a letter or Name containing specific words. |

"Name beginning with letter" - example: with B = B Bar Inc, Best Burger Inc or Buffalo Tavern

"Or Name containing" - example: "Grill" = Meeks Pub & Grill Inc, Select Grille LLC or Big Apple

"Select an Address Type" - you MUST select "License Address" to be able to choose the following options to narrow your search. |
|
- City Name by letter - will list all licenses with cities beginning with that letter. |
|
- Or City Name containing - example: BEL = Belle Vernon, Bellefonte or Glen Campbell |
|
- Street name by letter - will list all licenses with streets beginning with that letter. |
|
- Or Street name containing - example: BEL = Belmont street, Cabela Rd or Labelle Rd |
|
- Zip Code Range - example: 19000-19499 = will list all licenses in that zip code range. |

- Or Zip Code - will list all licenses in that zip code. |
