ACT 24 OF 2003: DRIVING AFTER IMBIBING
ALCOHOL OR USING DRUGS
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board has just
completed the revision on the following item and it is now

The General Assembly of Pennsylvania has passed Senate Bill No. 8, Session of
2003 which is amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses), 42 (Judiciary and
Judicial Procedure) and 75 (Vehicles) and reduces the legal limit for Driving
Under the Influence (DUI) to .08% Blood Alcohol Content (BAC).
