Welcome to the On-Line Filing Process.
We hope you enjoy the ease and convenience of on-line filing. We will continually expand this site to include more beverage alcohol license types and application processes in an effort to make interaction with the PLCB as easy as possible. Your comments and suggestions are welcome, via email at

To begin the process, please have ready your License Identification (LID) and Password. This information can be found on the "PLCB Application " or " letter " you received in the mail or picked up at your assigned Wine & Spirit Shoppe.

Please note that if your application packet does not contain a LID and PASSWORD, you cannot file on-line.

Note: Licensees using Internet service should allow 10-14 business days for processing and mailing. Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. Applications are not complete until a license or an authority letter is received by mail from the PLCB. Penalties for late filers still apply. (If applicable)
